Because each piece is pre-owned and unique, we don't offer standard returns. However, we'll always work with you if:

• Item was misrepresented — exchange or store credit; we cover return shipping
• Wrong item shipped / missing item — correct item sent or replacement/store credit/refund at our discretion
• Item damaged in transit — we'll work with the carrier; parcel insurance recommended at checkout
• Change of mind — exchange or store credit considered; return shipping at your cost; item must be unworn and in original condition

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
We recommend cold machine wash or hand wash for most items. Check the original care label if present. Air dry flat where possible or use a structured hanger to preserve shape and prevent shrinkage.
