Vintage means clothing, sneakers or accessories that have been validated as authentic vintage from the last century upto the early 2000s. My own perception that if the item is 20+ years old, it qualifies as 'vintage' and is marked, and priced accordingly. Each item is handpicked for its quality, style, and story. Whilst I do sell newer items, these are not marked for sale as 'vintage'.

Yes! Most vintage pieces are unique—once they're gone, they're gone. If you love it, don't wait.

Vintage requires zero new production—no water, energy, or chemical use. You're keeping quality garments out of landfills and supporting a circular economy. Plus, you get unique pieces with real history.

Vintage sizing can vary significantly from modern standards. I provide detailed measurements for every item in the description. I recommend that you always check the measurements rather than relying on the tagged size.

For Clothing: I strongly recommend using items in your current wardrobe to compare sizing with the 'lay-flat' measurements I provide in each listing:

• For Tops: width across chest, length from neck/collar to hem and sleeve length either from the the collar or the shoulder seam.
• For Bottoms: width across waist, inseam, outseam, thigh, knee, rise and ankle opening.

For sneakers: I recommend going by your usual size, but note that size (length) and width vary per manufacturer. If you are shopping unisex (i.e. you are a woman shopping mens or youths sizing) EU and CM sizes are a good reference point to check.

Every piece is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and repaired or refurbished as needed. I'm transparent about condition—any wear, marks, or imperfections are noted in the product description and photos. Many items are in excellent vintage condition, while others show character from their previous life, some have been mended or upcycled. Others are left as-is to retain authentic vintage archival condition.

For clothing: I launder all garments using eco-friendly Tru Earth laundry strips and natural cleaning solutions like vinegar, baking soda, and castile soap. I also use a fabric shaver to remove built-up fibres, ensuring your pieces arrive looking their best.

For sneakers: I use baking soda and castille soap or if machine washed again I am using eco-friendly Tru Earth laundry strips. For stubborn marks, I find that whitenening toothpaste, or abrasive polishing with a soft cloth or towel are effective.

Items needing essential repair are either mended using sewing machine or hand stitched. Some pieces are creatively mended, or upcycled into one-of-a-kind designs. I'll always indicate if an item has been repaired or upcycled in the description. Certain vintage items are left as-is to retain authentic vintage archival condition. Certain items I will list as-is until I can find time to mendd them.

Items that don't make the cut for my store are donated to my local charity-based thrift stores, giving them another chance at a new life. Some items are set aside for upcycling projects.

Yes. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships via the carrier website and also the Shop app.

The only time tracking is not provided is if you are a local customer and you choose 'Local Pick Up'. Currently this option is only available to customers located in White Rock, South Surrey and Ocean Park, BC, Canada.

Your 'prime cuts' are carefully wrapped with care using butcher paper and recycled cardboard or other soft packaging. I minimize plastic use wherever possible—sustainability extends to how we ship.

For sneakers - please do not expect your shoes to be double boxed. You can specifically request this service, but you will need to for pay the extra packing and added shipping weight.

Shoe boxes are packaged with due care and labelled as fragile to mitigate mis-handling by the carrier.

I pack every order with the utmost care and fragile items are labelled as such. If something arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos and I'll review the specifics of the issue. Please note that I take great care in packaging and photograph each shipment prior to dropping it off at the post office. I will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged by the carrier - but I will do my utmost to assist you in these instances to hold that carrier accountable.
