International orders generally take 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. All orders are carefully packaged to protect your vintage pieces in transit. Tracking is provided for all shipments. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Each vintage item is one-of-a-kind with condition fully disclosed in the listing. Please review photos, measurements, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. All sales are final with the following exceptions:

• Misrepresented item: Exchange or store credit offered. Pieces of Jake covers return shipping.

• Wrong item shipped: Correct item sent (if available) or replacement/store credit offered. Return handling at my discretion.

• Damaged in transit: Carrier claim process required. Parcel insurance recommended at checkout.

• Change of mind: Exchange or store credit offered. Customer pays return shipping. Item must be unworn and in original condition.

AUTHENTICITY & CONDITION
Every piece at Pieces of Jake is personally sourced and inspected before listing. Our collection is primarily authentic vintage, with occasional contemporary pieces selected for their quality, character, or alignment with the aesthetics and eras we celebrate — future classics worth owning now.

Each item is graded as Excellent or Very Good. Any marks, fading, or signs of wear are noted in the product description as part of the piece's vintage provenance — not flaws, but evidence of a life well lived. These details are always photographed, so we encourage you to study the images closely: they're the most honest description we can offer.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
We recommend cold machine wash or hand wash for most items. Check the original care label if present. Air dry flat where possible or use a structured hanger to preserve shape and prevent shrinkage. Wash graphic tees inside out to protect prints. When in doubt, visit a dry cleaner familiar with vintage garments.
