Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Canada and the United States. If you’re outside these regions and eyeing a piece, reach out to us—we’ll try to make it happen!
How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. After that, shipping times depend on your location. For Canadian orders, expect delivery within 3–7 business days. U.S. orders may take 7–14 business days.
How much does shipping cost?

We offer low shipping starting at C$15 for Canadian orders and C$25 for U.S. orders. Rates are calculated by weight at checkout. We are working on adding more freight options to help you find value in this necessary service.
What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Clearance items and custom creations are final sale. For more details, check out our Shipping and Returns page.
How do I initiate a return?

We take extra special care to package your orders to protect the contents and often, damaged items are due to inadequate packaging or mishandling in the delivery network.

We recommend Tru Earth Laundry detergent sheets for an eco freindly solution that leaves no harmful chemicals or greasy residue on your garments. Spot stains can be treated with baking soda, white vinegar and lemon juice.
